How to make Vegan Pancakes





There's more than one way to take your sea moss! You can add it to your recipes as well! Here is a vegan recipe that my family often enjoys.


Vegan Pancake Recipe:


Ingredients:

- 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour or spelt flour -

-1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

-Pinch of pink sea salt

4 tablespoons agave, honey, or maple syrup (choose one)

- 4 tablespoons grape seed or coconut oil

- 2.5 cups water or dairy-free milk

- 4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

- 4-6 tablespoons sea moss

- 2 teaspoons organic Saigon cinnamon


Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and pink sea salt. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the agave (or honey or maple syrup), oil, water (or dairy-free milk), vanilla extract, sea moss, and cinnamon until well combined.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in dense pancakes.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. If needed, lightly grease the surface with a small amount of oil or cooking spray.

5. Once the skillet is hot, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as needed to prevent burning.

7. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, vegan butter, maple syrup, or nut butter. Enjoy your delicious vegan pancakes!
